The Steel Parade

So I’m not getting any work done today. In my profession that’s not good. The problem is ESPNEWS is broadcasting the Steelers Championship Parade LIVE from downtown Pittsburgh and I can’t seem to look away (except for the few minutes that it takes me to write this). Even though I am TiVo’ing the Parade I’m still too excited. It’s not everyday that you get to see this. I know the one person that reads this is probably getting sick of my ramblings about the Steelers, but hey I have to stay true to the hometeam. I do have to say the funniest thing I saw was this reporter for Channel 4 Pittsburgh who walked up to a player waiting in the parade and was like “Hey Willie”! Turns out it wasn’t Willie Parker, but Antwaan Randle El who was like “what? Who are you talking to?”. The reporter said “I’m so sorry I was told by my producer you were Willie Parker. I’m an idiot”...no joke…then he went on to make some lame excuse about how he is blonde. Then he tried to ask Randle El what he thought of the Championship and the parade and Randle El just looked at him and laughed in his face! Oh you gotta love journalistic genius.
