Strange Things: Part II
This time I came upstairs around 12:30pm to witness my same bizzaro neighbor out on his deck swing again. I have no problem with this, but what I found peculiar was the blanket again. Today is 77 degrees warm and may reach 80. Maybe he just likes the feeling of a cape wrapped around him, but doesn’t want to come out as a “cape” man in society? I don’t know I am stretching here. I did however find out he is a discreet smoker. This neighbor has become quite the spectacle of my daily routine. A mystery wrapped up in a blanket.
