Pizza Friday

I love Friday’s. I think we can all get onboard with that statement. It’s the end of a work week. A closure of sorts. But my favorite thing about Friday is not the “end of the week” aspect or the TGIF shows or even the “Friday’s are Hawaiian Shirt days”. It’s the pizza. Yes the pizza. Ever since I entered this full-time working world 7 or so years ago a tradition was born. Order pizza on Friday’s. Even now when I am “working” at home I have continued the tradition. Of course I am not calling up Dominos (since I am running my own business and money does not grow on trees), but I am throwing a nice Celeste frozen pizza in the toaster oven and enjoying every bit. Roberto knows what I’m talking about. When we were growing up there was always an endless supply of “Mama” (as Rob coined it) Celeste frozen pizzas in the freezer. Here’s to good memories and Pizza Friday’s!

SWEET! I’m glad to see that the tradition has continued. Mama Celeste sure knows pizza. Just about as much as Jerrome Bettis knows running over people.
Here’s to MAMA! < raised fist! / >
